  • Asking a neighbor to check your home is a great idea, however, here are a few things you might want to think about:

    1.     They are most likely not trained to spot potential problems.

    2.     They aren’t licensed or insured.

    3.     They won’t be able to provide you with the proper documentation to provide to your insurance company if you need to file a claim.

    4.     They may become ill, too busy, simply forget to check your home, or need to go out of town.

    5. If there is a problem and it's not handled correctly, it may cause tension between you.

Home Watch is what we do every day. We have experience and we have systems in place so things aren’t overlooked.

We’ll call you immediately and recommend a next course of action. When you’ve decided how you’d like to proceed, we’ll meet the vendor, and ensure the work is completed to your satisfaction. We have an extensive vendor list with recommended vendors if you don’t already have a vendor or service provider you like.
